The CRM/Direct Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for driving the implementation of the Direct Marketing portfolios. The role is responsible for the integration of campaign messaging across Digital Channels to change customer behaviour to grow more loyal, engaged and higher spending customers. You will help ensure consistent, seamless messaging for business-as-usual campaign delivery.

As the Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will also assist with the conception of special campaigns (sales driving/ brand reputation building initiatives) and manage the end-to-end execution thereof. Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related enquiries and collaborate closely with team members, including designers, content creators, and data analysts
  • Manage and execute the entire campaign lifecycle including ideation, content creation, journey building, audience segmentation, A/B testing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
Process Management
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes for campaign creation, testing, and deployment
  • Establish and manage the approval process for campaigns, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, both internally and externally to ensure alignment of campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvements and optimisations
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Create and manage dashboards and leverage analytics to optimise campaign results.
Requirements

The successful candidate must have/be:
  • National Diploma in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field - essential
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Information Systems or similar xe2x80x93 preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist xe2x80x93 preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience gained in a direct marketing / CRM environment - essential
  • Experience in Salesforce or similar tool and/or HTML - essential
  • Experience within an online commerce and/or a digital environment, as well as knowledge of store credit products - essential
  • Experience in campaign or project management - essential
  • Experience in working within the retail corporate environment xe2x80x93 preferred
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience working with any Salesforce Cloud tools - preferred
  • Able to self-lead
  • Strong EQ - Resilient and adaptable
  • Decision Making abilities and problem assessment analysis
  • Implementation/Process Management skills xe2x80x93 Customer Service/ Service Orientation, Plan, Organise, Monitor & Control
