Job Description
Job Summary Our client in the Telecoms Industry is looking to hire a CRM & project Management Support.
- IT background essential (In order to know what a customer refers to when they have a query on a laptop for instance - non-technical IT knowledge)
- CRM experience required (Update the internal database with quotes sent to customers by the Internal Sales staff / Update customers on where in the process their order/query is etc)
- Project Management Back office support experience required (not in managing projects itself but experience in the admin part of Project Management)
- Experience on Microsoft Office and more specific Excel is essential.
- 3 - 5 years' experience essential.
- Own transport & valid driver's licence
