Job Description
We have a beautiful opportunity for a CRM Coordinator to work on a global, luxury bath, body, and beauty Brand at their Cape Town head office. These well-loved products are sold at a retail locations throughout South Africa.The main purpose of this CRM Coordinator role is to manage and control the Brandxe2x80x99s loyalty club membership, promotional activities, and operations to ensure set acquisition targets are met.If you have a passion for pampering, and top-notch customer relationship management skills, we'd love to hear from you. - To maintain and update the body shop brand website through an external service provider
- To manage content and mailing of the monthly customer newsletter through an external service provider
- To manage the customer lifecycle from enrolment to completed membership
- To manage third party suppliers' deliverables and deadlines
- To ensure database is maintained, updated, and cleaned regularly
- To manage data flow between stores, call centre, third party suppliers, Head Office, and CRM System
- To create and maintain standard operating procedures and SOPS manuals for stores and Head Office
- To drive acquisition of the Brand's Loyalty card to achieve set targets
- To create a promotional plan for the Brand's Loyalty club and to complement the Brand Marketing plan.
- Marketing Degree/Diploma (or equivalent) - essential
- 2-3 years' experience in a Marketing environment - Direct or Customer Relations Management
