Job Description


We are looking for a CRM Business Consultant to join our client, a leadign Health Tech company in Johannesburg's Northern Suburbs. Our client believes in transforming healthcare to enhance people's lives and they find creative ways to make healthcare more affordable and accessible to everyone - all through tech.

The main purpose of this role is to successfully onboard new clients through continuous engagement and to act upon upselling opportunities to provide further solutions.

Requirements and Skills:

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • Proficient in English
  • 4+ years in client service in the healthcare and/or information technology sectors
  • 2+ years training clients on software products
  • 2+ years upselling products and services to existing clients
  • 2+ years building strong and trusted business-level relationships with clients
  • Data analysis and problem solving
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets is highly advantageous. (Experience working in Google Workspace is an advantage).
  • Mindfulness and the ability to work in a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Relationship-building at all levels internally and externally, which requires exercising empathy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Time- and self-management skills
  • Negotiation and upselling skills
  • Sound knowledge of the SA private medical industry as well as medical practices is highly advantageous
Duties:
  • Deliver on the desired end-to-end client experience
  • Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers and illustrate our value proposition through ongoing interactions, supported by actionable insights
  • Manage and take full ownership of a national portfolio of clients allocated to you
  • On-board and train clients on new and existing products and processes through a combination of face-to-face, telephonic and digital channels
  • Capture detailed records of all client interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate across all Business Lines internally to manage your portfolio of clients in alignment to the budget
  • Collaborate with New Business Consultants to ensure fast and sustained conversion of sales to transacting and satisfied clients
