Creditors Supervisor - Head Office (CPT)
Working Hours:
08:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)Requirements:
Grade 12 Relevant Diploma or Degree in Finance - Essential 5 - 10 Years Creditors Experience Strategix Business Central Experience +5 Years in Supervisor Capacity Experience on ERP Systems Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintenance of supplier accounts ( Strategix Business Central, Parcel Perfect, BEE Rating and various required info) Allocate and capture key supplier transactions Allocate and capture group internal transactions Review and authorize captured supplier transactions Capture bank payments to supplier Prepare supplier remittances Assist with sub-contractor account reconciliations Review and sign off sub-contractor orders Review petty cash reconciliations Monthly creditors reports Manage creditors clerks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20000,00 - R25000,00 per month
