Job Description
Our client is seeking a Creditors Processor for their team.
Location: Cape Town North
Job Requirements:
- Fully Bilingual (Afr and Eng, 3rd language an advantage)
- Matric (Mathematics and Accounting will be an advantage)
- Valid drivers license
- Sage X3 experience will be an advantage
- Must be computer literate with strong Excel skills
- Excellent client service and negotiating skills
- Processing all invoices received for payment and undertaking the payment of all municipal creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
- Process invoices on SAGE X3 and outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including auditing, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data.
- Prepare invoices, creditor reconciliations and bank payments.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
- Could you verify discrepancies before the end of the month and resolve suppliers' billing issues?
- Sending remittances and supporting documents to customers.
- The above requirements should all be met within stringent deadlines, and they should be able to work under pressure.
Basic between R13 000 - R15 000
