We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Creditors / Admin / Office Clerk
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and have a strong understanding of basic accounting processes. Experience with Sage accounting software is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process all creditor invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain creditor accounts and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
Support the office in daily operations, including managing supplies and office logistics.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments as required.
Prepare basic reports and summaries for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an office administration role, preferably within accounting or finance.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Experience with Sage accounting software is highly advantageous.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
