Reports To: Finance Manager / Senior AccountantHire Resolve's Client are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Creditor Clerk to join their dynamic finance team in the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the accurate processing of supplier invoices, performing monthly reconciliations, and supporting the finance team with critical month-end procedures. This position is ideal for a finance professional with a solid accounts payable background and hands-on experience using Pastel.Responsibilities:

• Capture and process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform monthly supplier reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Prepare payment schedules and assist in resolving supplier queries
• Support month-end closing processes within the finance department
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Provide support for ad-hoc finance and reporting tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of Pastel (Pastel Evolution preferred, other versions acceptable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate or above)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage
