Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- At least 1 years cost management experience in the fruit/agriculture/freight industry
- Accounting qualification (Diploma or higher)
- Fruit / agriculture industry experience in accounts
- Advanced Excel (lookups import mapping)
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to work accurately
- Previous experience working on QX beneficial
- Allocating margins and costs
- Recons
- Invoicing on QX
- Handling disputes
- Capturing of reports
- Print/save cost capture reports and prepare remittances for payments
- Liaising with other departments
- Using Excel Spreadsheets and formulas (V- and X-lookup).
- Handling of Creditor Queries.
- Month end reconciliation of each creditor before remittance packages are prepared for payment
- Receive, verify rates as per service agreements with providers and code invoices
