Job Description

We are seeking

an experienced and dynamic Creditors Clerk

to join our finance department. The successful candidate

must have SAP ECC6, ECC9 or SAP4Hana experience

-- this is

non-negotiable

-- and the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Process high-volume supplier invoices accurately in

SAP

Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes Ensure correct GL allocations and VAT treatment Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any outstanding queries Process payments according to company policies and payment terms Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timeous resolution of issues Maintain updated records of all creditor transactions Assist with month-end closing and reporting functions Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and audit requirements Prepare remittance advices and supplier reconciliations.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Creditors Clerk in a corporate environment

Mandatory experience working with SAP (FI or MM module preferred)

Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (advantageous) Strong understanding of accounts payable processes Excellent reconciliation and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and numerical accuracy Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with a professional approach to work.
