Job Title: Creditors Clerk
Reporting to: Accountant

JOB PURPOSE
Scribante Construction finance department are currently seeking a Creditors Clerk. This individual will be responsible for the entire Creditors function, which includes processing of monthly supplier invoices, reconciling of creditors accounts, dealing with queries on accounts, and preparation of payment lists. This is an analytical role that requires attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Matric / Grade 12
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a creditors clerk position
A minimum of 3 years' Pastel Partner experience essential
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction or related industry.
Ability to maintain high accuracy levels
Good communications skills in English and Afrikaans
Computer Literacy at intermediate level (especially Excel)
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Ability to speedily resolve queries.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm
Package : R15 000 - R17 000 gross per month
Start Date : ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R15000,00 - R17000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
