Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Creditors Clerk. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant finance qualification, have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, and a proven track record of working within an FMCG Manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize accounting software such as Pastel Evolution and Sage for financial tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Relevant Finance qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working within an FMCG Manufacturing environment is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Pastel Evolution and Sage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
