Creditors Clerk Medium Sized WinerySimondium - Start ImmediatelyAs a Creditors Clerk, youll manage and maintain our financial obligations, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time.Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
- Allocate bank statements to supplier accounts
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
- Load payments via Internet Banking
- Support the finance team with general administrative tasks

xf0x9fx94xb9 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
xf0x9fx94xb9 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
xf0x9fx94xb9 Matric/Grade 12 (relevant bookkeeping/accounting qualification is advantageous)
xf0x9fx94xb9 Strong numerical and analytical skills
xf0x9fx94xb9 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
xf0x9fx94xb9 Experience with EZYWINE software is advantageous
xf0x9fx94xb9 Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
