Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for our client in the transportation industry for a qualified Creditors Clerk.
Requirements:
*Please note that this position will report to the Financial Manager.
Minimum requirements, attributes and skills required for this position:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in creditors department
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Oracle or similar ERP system experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Processing and reconciling of creditors invoices and statements
- Handling queries relating to creditors
- Liaising with suppliers for all creditor related queries
- Ensure timeous payments of all suppliers
