We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Creditors Clerk
to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full creditors' function for Hobart SUPERSPAR and TOPS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of supplier accounts.Key Responsibilities
Manage the
creditors' function
for Hobart SUPERSPAR and TOPS. Reconcilesupplier statements
with company ledgers to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolvesupplier queries
efficiently. Follow up onoutstanding creditor balances
. Prepare and processweekly and monthly payments
. Maintain proper documentation and filing for all supplier accounts. Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Requirements
Proven experience in a
creditors/accounts payable role
(retail experience advantageous). Strong reconciliation and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to handle high volumes and work under pressure. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Computer literacy with Excel and accounting systems.Experience on Intelliac Easy Accounts
system will be a strong advantage.Personal Attributes
Highly organized and accurate. Strong sense of accountability and integrity. Proactive and deadline-driven. Team player with the ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R120000,00 - R180000,00 per year
Work Location: In person
