Job Description
Kern doel van die pos:
Verhoog die winsgewendheid van OVK Groep en beperk risiko's deur die effektiewe bestuur en invordering van debiteure rekeninge.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12 (toepaslike finansi?le/rekeningkundige kwalifikasie sal tot voordeel strek);
- 5 jaar ondervinding in 'n Landbou krediet omgewing;
- Deeglike kennis van die toepaslike Krediet en FICA wetgewing;
- Geldige rybewys.
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Syfervaardig;
- Goeie organisasie vermoe;
- Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
- Moet vertroulikheid kan handhaaf;
- Die vermoe om goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge te kan handhaaf en personeel te kan motiveer en bestuur;
- Deeglike begrip van risiko bestuur.
- Kredietverlening;
- Bestuur van debiteure boek;
- Byhou van administrasie;
- Bestuur van kantoor.
To increase the profitability of the OVK group and minimize risks through the effective collection and management of the debtor's accounts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (an appropriate accounting qualification will be an advantage);
- 5 years experience in an agricultural credit lending environment;
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Credit & FICA legislation;
- Valid driver's license.
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Good numerical ability;
- Good organisational skills;
- Must be able to thrive under pressure;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and to motivate and manage staff;
- Thorough understanding of risk management.
- Credit lending;
- Management of debtors book;
- Maintenance of administration;
- Management of the credit office.
