Job Title: Credit Controller

Our client is Seeking a dynamic Credit Controller to manage debtors, maintain financial stability, and ensure timely payments. The role involves debtor communication, payment processing, and exceptional client service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage debtor accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and negotiate repayment plans.
- Process debit orders via Netcash and draft fee proposals for clients.
- Issue accurate invoices, maintain records, and provide debtor reports.
- Assist with banking tasks and forex TT Forms (future consideration).
- Deliver outstanding client service and resolve inquiries professionally.
- High school diploma (Grade 12) with debt collection/Credit Control experience.
- Accounting diploma beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a pressured environment and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and independent worker.
- Familiarity with fiduciary practices beneficial.
- Previous experience with Xero accounting software advantageous.
