Job Description
MedX manages complex specialist medical accounts, and we are looking for a detail-obsessed, resilient, financially sharp Credit Controller who can handle:
High-value medical claims
Medical scheme rejections
Age analyses
Direct engagement with hospitals, schemes and specialists
What you will do
You will be responsible for a portfolio of specialist doctors, including:
Following up on outstanding claims with medical schemes
Interpreting scheme rejections and coding issues
Managing age analyses (30 / 60 / 90 / 120+ days)
Submitting motivations and appeals
Engaging with patients

Minimum requirements
2+ years in Credit Control, Billing or Medical Aid Claims
Strong Excel and system skills
Ability to work with large volumes
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable on the phone
