Job Description
THE ROLE
Marie Stopes South Africa is looking for a Credit Controller with extensive medical aid administration, and data capturing experience within the healthcare industry. Responsible for ensuring timely payments from clients. Monitoring and collecting overdue payments, reconcile accounts, resolve queries, and negotiate payment plans where necessary. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Medical Aid Collections Credit control Ability to reconcile accounts Ensuring timely payments from medical aid and/or clients Managing debtors Debt collection Negotiating payment plans Client communication Ensuring Financial compliance Developing credit control processes Reporting
ABOUT YOU - COMPETENCIES
You are Pro-choice. National Senior Certificate (Matric) Experience in Credit Management or similar finance role 3+ years Medical Aid billing experience 3+ years Medical aid collections experience Strong administration and data capturing skills Experience with billing software programs; GoodX, MedEdi, Elixir

REMUNERATION
Market related salary commensurate with background and experience
