Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in debtors reconciliations and collections
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in accounts / finance will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Computer literate (MS Office and Great Plains)
- MS Excel (intermediate)
- Good reconciliation skills
- Leadership
- Energetic
- Disciplined
- Ability to work independently
- Team player
- Debtors collections
- Monthly debtors reconciliations
- Liaising with customers and resolving customer queries
- Communication with different stakeholders
- Debtors forecast
- Apply payments and credit notes
- Releasing of orders on approval
- Follow up on short payments
- Opening of new accounts including credit vetting
- Month end statements
- Manage accounts and arrear accounts
- Monitor online payments
- Monitor legal handover process
- Manage customer credit levels
- Maintain proper filing system for all debtors
- Ensure all applications are on file and scanned
- Applications close 15 September 2023
