Credit Control Manager | Bellville | Contracts Management Company
We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a leading national catering, cleaning, and facilities management services group, location in Bellville's head office.
The role requires strong financial management, risk control, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on minimizing bad debt and ensuring efficient collections.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit control policies and strategies.
• Manage debt collection, aged debtors reporting, reconciliations, and write-offs.
• Oversee invoicing, credit notes, and payment allocations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4, driving performance and morale.
• Collaborate with operations and senior management to support business objectives.
• Produce regular reports and manage high-risk accounts.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in credit control management within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 8+ staff.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Salary info:

• Competitive package of approx. ZAR 30,000 CTC.
