Job Summary:

Credit Associate is responsible for proactively managing Credit risk in order to maximise sales utilisation but minimise CDW exposure.

What you will do:

Primary Responsibilities:

Process New Account Requests Process Customer Credit Reviews Maintain Customer Database Understand and Utilise Credit Referencing Material including Credit Reports, Audited Accounts and Company Statements, and Management Accounts Action Adverse Notifications AR collections responsibility for Payment Solutions team Any other jobs as specified by the Credit Management Team

What we expect of you:

Knowledge, Experience & Personal Attributes:

General understanding of Economics Ideally from an Accounts Receivable background Commercial awareness Basic understanding of financial statements Proficiency with Excel, outlook, teams Excellent communication skills Excellent organisational skills Strong time management with the ability to prioritise workload Professional attitude and approach

What Success looks like:

To process 75% of new accounts with 2 working days of complete application submitted in 2025*
To achieve over 95% accuracy inputting associated legal entity detail for new account approval in 2025*
To achieve 100% order release response within 4 hours or less of submission into Credit Queue on average in 2025.*
100% completion of scheduled monthly risk reviews*
Complete review of aged debt on leasing ledger and maintain the total overdue as a percentage of the total ledger balance at below 10%.*
