Full-Time | Remote | Creative Operations

Role Overview
The Creative Coordinator & Team Lead oversees the daily health and performance of the creative team. You'll manage communication, performance rhythms, team motivation, and creative quality--ensuring the right people are working on the right projects with clarity and confidence.
This role blends creative operations, people leadership, and quality oversight. You'll help remove roadblocks, maintain smooth workflows, strengthen team relationships, and provide leadership with visibility into progress, performance, and morale.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Quality & Output Excellence
Monitor creative output daily to identify recurring issues, technical gaps, or brand inconsistencies.
Provide actionable feedback and guidelines to strengthen quality across video, design, and UGC assets.
Ensure all assets meet brand standards before they are escalated or reviewed by leadership.
Act as a first-layer quality filter, supporting editors and designers in leveling up their work.
Communication & Day-to-Day Operations
Maintain daily check-ins with editors, designers, asset managers, and strategists to surface updates, blockers, or needs.
Serve as the team's communication hub--ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment across all stakeholders.
Track follow-through on action items and ensure commitments are met.
Keep leadership updated with clear, structured, and timely reports on status, issues, and performance insights.
Provide weekly pipeline, performance, and morale summaries with recommendations for improvement.
People Leadership & Development
Conduct weekly 1:1s to offer guidance, mentorship, and skill-building support.
Proactively identify training needs, skill gaps, or growth opportunities for each team member.
Manage resource balancing--spotting overload or underload early and adjusting workloads accordingly.
Mediate interpersonal issues and ensure smooth, constructive communication across the team.
Build and maintain a psychologically safe environment where creatives feel valued, supported, and motivated.
Recognize achievements and give ongoing positive reinforcement.

Requirements
Experience coordinating or managing creative teams (video, design, or UGC preferred).
Solid understanding of creative workflows, revisions, handoffs, and asset management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for clear, empathetic messaging.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, uplift, and support creative talent.
Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, etc.) is a plus.
Experience in creative operations, production coordination, or a similar role is highly valuable.
