Purpose of this Role:



The Creative Lead is a senior-level designer responsible for driving the visual expression of the brand across all touchpoints. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on expertise, ensuring all creative output aligns with the brand vision, marketing objectives, and business goals. The Creative Lead will collaborate closely with the Head of Brand & Growth, Marketing Manager, and cross-functional teams to elevate the brand's presence and impact.



Key Responsibilities:



1. Creative Strategy:


Define and evolve the brand's visual identity across digital, print and experiential channels. Lead creative ideation and execution of campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives. Champion innovation in design, animation and multimedia storytelling

2. Design Execution:


Produce high-impact design work including digital assets, video content, social media visuals, presentation and product collateral. Apply UX/UI principles to enhance user experience across web and digital platforms. Oversee design projects to support brand and marketing goals.

3. Collaboration & Communication:


Partner with the Marketing Manager to align creative execution with campaign timeline and deliverables. Work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales and external agencies to support business needs. Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders

4. Project & Resource Management:


Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic priorities with design execution. Brief and manage external designers, photographers, videographers and other creative vendors when required. Maintain an organised digital asset library (Media Library and Sharepoint) and ensure version control.


Bachelor's degree in design or related field 8+ years experience in graphic design with proven leadership in creative roles. Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, videography, campaign work etc. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools. Experience in fast-paced, brand-led environments with cross-functional collaboration. Strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail and design excellence. Collaborative and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Passionate about brand storytelling, digital innovation, and creative leadership. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. * Must have a valid driver's license.
