Job Description

The Creative On-site Stylist for a|CREATE will ensure successful execution of creative projects and events. The Creative On-site Stylist will work closely with the Lead Creative, Creative Team, Floral team, Augmented team and Operations team to ensure seamless communication, timely set-up execution and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

Bring developed creative concepts and designs for events, to life for an execution point of view.

Ensure that allocated projects are managed in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Occasionally assist in creating and maintaining high-quality LOOKBOOKS, to visually communicate design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Execute styling and decor elements of events, including furniture selection, decor elements and overall aesthetics.

Manage relationships with vendors, and suppliers to source hiring items such as, linen, lighting and decor elements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Manage and monitor expenses for creative elements of projects, and explore cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Keep the booking system up to date with all necessary information shared for smooth event planning and execution.

Work alongside the Lead Creative, Creative team, Augmented team and Floral team to ensure alignment, clear communication, and cohesive execution of creative elements.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations to continuously elevate the company's creative offerings.

Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, ensuring their needs, preferences, and expectations are understood and met throughout the creative process.

Manage client expectations effectively, offering solutions and proactive communication to address any concerns or changes.

Maintain communication with the Logistics team to ensure seamless event executions, arrange sub-hiring, and coordinate with external suppliers as needed.

Take initiative in assisting other members of the creative team where needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Take social media content (photos, videos, etc.) of completed projects, collaborating with the marketing team to showcase a|CREATE's work and promote brand visibility on social media platforms.

Requirements

Residing in the Somerset West, Stellenbosch & Strand area.

Drivers license (Code 8) and own vehicle.
