Duties -

Understand customer needs and requirements and ensure these are met
Responsible for Scoping of jobs and providing information on the requirements of Jobs (E.g., Parts and Equipment needs)
Handle customer complaints and queries onsite. Where required provide information and/or feedback to the customer on Damaged Machinery/Equipment and/or Repairs
Repair and maintain lifting Machinery and equipment
Providing customers with information and/or training on Machinery/Equipment as required
Ensure that all required documents are completed and compiled in accordance with the regulations and standards. All documentation must be completed timeously and handed in to the office
Ensure that all onsite documents (E.g., Contractor packs, Lifting Equipment Files & Safety Files) are compiled and kept up to date
Liaise with customers regarding technical queries
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Prepare for up coming jobs, ensuring the correct equipment, tools, machinery and parts are available
Responsible for all staff working under their supervision and their safety
Responsible for all Vehicle, Equipment and Tools allocated to them
