Requirements Reservationist/Hostess
- At least 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Front of house position (4/5 star lodge)
- Good understanding of Front of house, Reservations and Hosting
- Basic knowledge of F&B department
- Excellent Customer Relations
- Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel and reservations systems.
- Professional and well groomed
- Driverxe2x80x99s license
- Minimum 2 yearxe2x80x99s guiding experience in a 4/5 star lodge environment
- Minimum FGASA NQF 4 Nature Site Guide xe2x80x93 to have trails would be beneficial
- ARH
- First Aid level 1
- Driverxe2x80x99s License and Pr-DP
- R apply below per month (Depending on Experience)
