Job Description
Job Summary Co-create business strategies that deliver results and sustainable financial performance and growth targets.
Execute and / or support the achievement of marketplace, workplace, people and organisation goals in the Balanced Business Plan (BBP) for Fresh and Procurement.
Lead animal welfare, quality systems and farm biosecurity
Maintain production targets in each section.
Plan and implement day-to-day operations.
Implement the strategic plan. Responsible for the development of the capital expenditure program and assuring the efficient utilisation of current and future assets.
Must have at least 5 years experience as Operations Manager in Poultry Operations in Africa. Tertiary Qualification ess.
