• More than 10 years of experience combined of solar industry or any other related industry (Utilities, project salesxe2x80xa6)

• Engineering background with front line multi-culture business experience. Combined Engineering -business education is a plus.

• Strong understanding of sales strategies, techno-commercial models, and project finance models.

• Strong know-how of Solar PV design, technical aspects of solar PV power plants.

• Negotiation skills and strong understanding of draft solar lease agreement.

• Strong management, analytical & decision-making skills and working under pressure.

• Strong leadership skills and be able to drive result by coaching and inspiring the team

• Strong strategy thinking and decision-making skills

Strategy and Management:

• Develop and execute sales/development strategy to reach targets in given year.

• Create unique sales propositions to clients at various segments by leveraging financial engineering, innovative solutions.

• Design and sign referral agreement mechanisms with various EPC/ solar companies to capture market share.

• Deliver technical standards for solar projects ensuring high quality and HSE standards.

• Define the go to market strategy for your selected markets (mining, industrial, battery storage applicationsxe2x80xa6)

• Ensure the profitability of the projects presented to the investment committees and in their execution

• Assist in preparing the budget and the PLT

• Monitor business evolutions potentially impacting the development of DG business

Business Development:

• Oversee and plan deal approaches and pitches sales / key account managers for prospecting.

• Lead critical negotiations (PPA, Battery lease, SPV and JV) with clients, partners and support the sales team to close deals.

• Network with key industry influencers, clients, and stakeholders

Operations, Project Management& HSE:

• Ensure excellence in the project execution ensure completion within deadlines and within budget.

• Ensure HSE standards deployment within controlled and contracted operations

• Strategically partners with reputed EPCs and engineering consultants and convert them to strategic channel partners

• Monitor, analyze project investment for each project and ensure its development execution alignment

• Prepare analytical and project feasibility reports as required for investment committee.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with EPC contractors ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, internal policies and

• legal obligations.

• Ensure proper Client/Investor Management during construction.
