Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Manage customer inquiries, either face-to-face, phone, or email, in a timely and efficient manner
Respond to customer queries about courier services, prices, collections, deliveries and turnaround times
Process customer payments and manage capturing procedures
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, including pricing, specifications, and technical details
Assist with order processing, printing waybills, packaging
Provide information and advice to customers on booking collections, delivery times, and other related matters
Keep the front office area clean and tidy, and maintain a safe and secure environment
Monitor and report any issues or incidents to management
Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, customer service, and sales to ensure seamless customer experiences
Assist with administrative tasks, as required
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners
