Are you experienced in motor vehicle parts, dealing with clients and managing counter sales successfully? Our client based in Epping requires your knowledge of parts with excellent people and relationship building skills.
Computer skills required for CRM system and important that this individual has a go-getter personality willing to help in all areas with the best attitude to customers and work performance.
Requirements:
Grade 12 Proven experience with sales of parts for the motor vehicle sector Excellent knowledge of parts and electronic components of vehicles Proven people skills with communication and written skills in English and Afrikaans Must be computer literate
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers and responding to enquiries telephonically and face to face at the parts counters Provide product information and options Process quotations and closing of sales Manage and organize sales paperwork and process date requirement on the CRM inventory system Update customer and inventory databases Handle administrative tasks like stock receiving, and filing * Assist in generating new business through networking and follow-up on client enquiries
