Costing/creditors Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Costing/Creditors Clerk to join our finance team, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier accounts, ensuring financial compliance and smooth operations within our creditors department.

Key Responsibilities:



Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently Reconcile supplier statements with internal records and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile paperwork from operations, resolve discrepancies and maintain spreadsheets. Maintain organized filing systems for all creditor-related documents. Liaise with internal departments, and management to resolve queries. Assist with month-end closing procedures. Ensure adherence to company credit policies and procedures.

Requirements:



Matric (Grade 12)

or equivalent qualification. At least 2 years experience as a Creditors Clerk or in a similar account's payable role. Strong computer literacy, MS Excel SAP B1 experience is advantageous Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills
