Complete final costings accurately and timeously
Submit costings for approval to relevant assessors/insurers in line with SLAs
Prepare files for invoicing and ensure all supporting documentation is in order
Collaborate closely with assessors, insurers, and internal departments
Knowledge:
End-to-end processes in auto body repair
Auto body industry standards and procedures
Vehicle parts and pricing
Skills:
Strong financial and numerical ability
Excellent computer literacy
Effective relationship management and communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Sound problem-solving and analytical thinking
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in the motor industry
Minimum 2 years as a Costing Clerk
At least 2 years of interaction with Motor Assessors
Experience on the following systems is advantageous:

Outsurance System
Audatex/Abuntex
TMS (Teamwork)
