BerryWorld SA is seeking a detail-oriented
Costing Accountant Temp
to support our Costing Accountant during the busy export season. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong numerical and administrative skills, looking to gain hands-on experience in cost and financial control within a dynamic agricultural export environment.Key Responsibilities:
Validate and check creditor invoices against the export system. Maintain invoice checklists and track captured invoices. Assist in resolving invoice queries and maintaining grower deduction logs. Support the preparation of monthly intake reports. Identify and report cost anomalies or deviations. Ensure accurate capture of all operational costs and verify alignment with actual invoices.
Requirements:
BCom Accounting tertiary diploma/certificate Costing Accounting Experience Experience in the perishable export industry Drivers license and own transport Strong interpersonal skills Computer literacy Excellent communication skills * Practical problem-solving skills
