Job Description

Job Summary
? Key Responsibilities Successful candidates will typically be involved in:

Standard costing, BOM reviews, and variance analysis
Full product costing across multi-SKU environments
Margin analysis and cost-saving initiatives
Preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
Financial modelling and KPI reporting
Stock, WIP, yield, and waste analysis
Business partnering with production, supply chain, procurement and operations
Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights

? Minimum Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CIMA / SAICA / SAIPA qualification or progress advantageous
2-5+ years' experience in a similar role
Strong exposure to FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail environments
Advanced Excel; Power BI and ERP experience (SAP, Syspro, Sage, Oracle) beneficial
Strong analytical ability and financial accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
