Job Description

???Cost & Management Accountants (FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail)
??? Key Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will typically be involved in:

Standard costing, BOM reviews, and variance analysis
Full product costing across multia??SKU environments
Margin analysis and costa??saving initiatives
Preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
Financial modelling and KPI reporting
Stock, WIP, yield, and waste analysis
Business partnering with production, supply chain, procurement and operations
Supporting strategic decisiona??making through dataa??driven insights

???? Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CIMA / SAICA / SAIPA qualification or in progress advantageous
2-5+ years' experience in a similar role
Strong exposure to FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail environments
Advanced Excel. Power BI and ERP experience (SAP, Syspro, Sage, and Oracle) beneficial
Strong analytical ability and financial accuracy
Excellent communication and problema??solving skills
