Job Description
Job Summary ND/BTech/BCom. Cost & Mngt Accounting; ERP/Pastel; 3-5 years of exp dealing with imports/ foreign currency/costing of ingredients. Must manage import summary/liaise with clearing agents to clear imports/GRNs/receive containers into ERP (Pastel)/costing of ingredients/assist Creditors with queries/ authorise Creditors/maintain FAR. Manage stock facility/involve in stock takes/investigate stock queries/ variances/weekly stock reports. Manage Debtors/weekly sales/debtors insurance (CGIC). Process bank/ allocate receipts/prepare creditors payment import file/schedule foreign payments/payroll inputs. Oversee processing of credit cards/fuel cards/2 Accounts Clerks. Review insurance policy/calculate commission/ interest/scrutinise General Ledger accounts/process accounting journals/prepare various month-end summaries - commission, logistics, warehousing, etc/Trial Balance recons/financial Management Accounts/ deal with GM/Financial Auditors.
