Requirements:
Must-Haves:

• Minimum of a BCom degree specializing in Accounting or Management Accounting.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of progressive financial experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in interrogating data to conduct analysis of site performance, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities.
• Demonstrated ability to convert financial analyses into tangible, actionable outputs.
• Proven knowledge and experience with product costings, production variance investigations, and stock management.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with all business stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Robust interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player attitude.
• Confidence and resilience to address challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• An Honours degree or CIMA qualification.
• Working knowledge of Data Analytics, SQL, and Syspro.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
