Job Description
We are looking for a Cost and Management Accountant to join a forward-thinking company that values your contribution. Your analytical skills will be key in optimizing processes, improving profitability, and shaping business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze costing of materials and production processes.
- Manage billing and invoicing for projects or production cycles.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Education: BCom in Accounting, Finance, or related field (minimum requirement).
- Experience: Proven experience in costing, billing of materials, and variance analysis; ideally 3+ years in a similar role or industry.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting and ERP systems; strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Other: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
