As the Cost and Management Accountant, you will play a key role in driving financial efficiency and profitability across multiple construction projects. You'll analyse costs, evaluate project performance, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and cost optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate cost accounting systems and processes.
• Perform detailed costing and variance analyses for projects and operations.
• Prepare budget forecasts, cost reports, and management accounts.
• Conduct project costing and margin analysis to identify performance gaps.
• Support management with financial modelling and profitability tracking.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Honours Degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or Finance
• CIMA qualification or progress toward CIMA is highly beneficial
• Minimum of 3 years' extensive experience in costing, preferably within the construction or project-based industry.
• Strong knowledge of costing principles, project costing, and financial analysis.
