Job Description
Responsiblities:
Prepare accurate product costingsoCalculate profitability per product based on actual and budgeted expenditureoPrepare monthly and YTD profitability analysis reports per SKU, brand and customeroExpiry risk provision calculation and slow moving stock analysisoRun detailed stock reports and conduct analysis of stockoPrepare monthly reporting on overall stock levels for different categories of stock as well as variance reporting for stock adjustmentsoManage and reporting on Job Costing variancesoSupport sales and marketing with the calculation of a recommended retail price point based on costing structuresoCoordinate and capture Nautilus Pharma stock takesoAssist with and resolve stock related queriesoMaintain monthly internal control fileoMaintain system records on SysprooMonitor individual performance and provide feedback and or on-the-job coaching when necessaryoPerform monthly reconciliations on GL accounts and post associated journals, when requiredoPlan and allocate work effectively to ensure deadlines are
met
Monitor and maintain quality standards and productivity levelsoProvide direction and guidance as required
Requirements:
B.Comm or relevant financial degreeo3 years accounting experience with at least 1 year exposure to costing in a manufacturing environmentoKnowledge of Syspro.oComputer Literacy.oAbility to analyze and interpret data.
Excellent organizing and executing skills.
