xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2x8d What You'll Do:
- Take the lead on full costing, pricing, and margin analysis across production
- Unpack operational and manufacturing costs to identify savings and boost efficiency
- Own the OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the factory
- Deliver sharp monthly management accounts and profitability reports
- Run daily sales and margin analysis to guide financial decision-making
- Keep BOMs, routings, and WIP records accurate and optimized
- Handle product costing and internal price calculations
- Investigate cost variances and drive actionable improvements
- Support investment cases with clear financial forecasting
- BCom in Management Accounting or related field
- CIMA (Management Level) is a strong advantage
- 3+ years' cost accounting experience in manufacturing/steel
- IFRS savvy with a solid grip on financial controls
- Excel ninja with hands-on experience using Sage X3 or similar
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and unafraid of digging into the numbers
- Able to translate production data into financial insight
- Comfortable thriving in a demanding, hands-on environment
