? What We're Looking For We're searching for a dynamic, ambitious Cost Accountant who can take full ownership of the costing function across branches in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
? Requirements: ?? Minimum 3 years' full-function costing experience
?? Experience within the FMCG / manufacturing sector
?? BCom in Accounting or Cost & Management Accounting
?? Willingness to travel between branches
?? Strong analytical ability & exceptional attention to detail
?? Ability to work cross-functionally with production, finance, and operations teams
? What You'll Be Doing:

• End-to-end product costing and variance analysis
• Monitoring and reporting on production costs, waste, efficiencies, and profitability
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensuring accurate maintenance of BOMs and cost models
• Providing insights to drive operational and financial performance
• Partnering with manufacturing teams to streamline processes
