Cost Accountant
Job Description
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems
Prepare detailed cost reports
Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts
Analyse budget variances and provide recommendations to mitigate cost overruns
Support the development of annual financial budgets
Manage inventory costing, valuation, and stock
Provide financial insights to support tendering and bidding processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ Years Experience in Cost Accounting
Cloud Account Experience
Knowledge of all aspects of financial accounting and management
Ability to operate at strategic level
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong problem solver
Excellent time management skills
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Cost and Management, or a related field
Professional Qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, SAICA AGA, or any others - HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS
