Dis-Chem Pharmacies' requires the committed services of a customer-oriented Cosmetic Skin Advisor to be based at Eastern Cape.You will be tasked to ensure smooth operations of in-store promotions and on-counter training on skin products.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Diploma in Somatology
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in Somatology
• Computer literate

Advantageous:

• Bachelors Degree

:

• To ensure smooth operations of in-store promotions and on-counter training on skin products
• Build Bionike awareness, promote sales to existing customers and new customers.
• Demonstrate and train consultants and customers on the correct skin care routine.
• Implement special sales activities to promote product in store.
• Conduct regional store visits regularly to ensure smooth running of in store promotions
• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Ensure correct merchandising is done in-store, isle as well as pop ups in stores.
• Advise and assist customers on cosmetics services offered by Dis-Chem.
• Identify any skin related issues from customer and provide solutions using skin care products.
• Find and provide any product and service information to the customers.
• Report any customer discrepancies to management
• Adhere to Dis-Chem Policies, Code of Conduct, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations.
• Adhere to Dis-Chem Uniform and personal appearance policy.
