As a

Intern,

you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of security and emergency preparedness programs that protect our people, assets, and operations. You will assist in risk assessments, policy integration, and investigations, contributing to a safe and compliant environment that enables business continuity and strengthens community resilience.

You Will Be Part of Growing Team

, safeguarding people, assets, and operations through integrated crisis management, emergency preparedness, and compliance-driven security systems that protect our business and communities.

Your Challenge:

Assisting manager with Integration of safety and security policies with our various business operations Evaluation of safety and security plans for effectiveness Assisting with conducting risk audits and assessments Assist manager with security investigations Managing and evaluating Distribution emergency response teams Safety & Security of People, Information and total business operations. E2E People and Information security E2E Product Security E2E Brand Protection of various products

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as

Seed Production, Supply Chain, Research & Development, Crop Protection, and Enterprise Functions

to ensure robust security and emergency preparedness. Externally, you will engage with

third-party service providers

to implement security measures, conduct risk assessments, and maintain compliance with local regulations and company standards.

You Will Need

Grade 12 (Matric) qualification Higher Education Diploma or equivalent Proven background in Risk Management and Security Experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Strong investigative skills and/or relevant experience
