A dynamic hotel group with properties in Cape Town and Johannesburg is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Corporate
Sales Manager
to grow its corporate and MICE business. This role is perfect for a well-connected sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals and driving revenue across multiple locations.
What You'll Do
Drive corporate sales across rooms, conferencing and food & beverage
Build and maintain relationships with key corporate, government and travel trade clients
Identify, pursue and convert new business within the corporate and MICE segments
Ensure consistent brand representation across both cities
Collaborate closely with on-site teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and major events in both regions
What You'll Need
3 to 5 years' experience in hotel sales, preferably in the corporate/MICE segment
Strong existing client network within South Africa's corporate sector
In-depth knowledge of the Cape Town and Johannesburg/Sandton markets
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strategic, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating across teams
Willingness to travel between cities as required
