The Opportunity

We are seeking

experienced corporate sales professionals

who excel at identifying, engaging, and closing high-value B2B opportunities. This role focuses on securing corporate partnerships by engaging with

C-suite executives, finance leaders, and HR decision-makers

.

No prior experience in the micro-finance industry is required. We invest heavily in training and product education. However,

proven corporate sales and business development experience is essential

. Own reliable transport is a requirement.

This is a high-performance, results-driven role suited to professionals who thrive on new business development, complex negotiations, and closing enterprise-level deals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth by securing and managing corporate clients.

New business development:

Proactively identify and secure corporate clients through strategic prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, and networking

Consultative solution selling:

Understand corporate needs and position CMT as a strategic partner

End-to-end sales ownership:

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure

Executive engagement:

Build strong relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and HR executives

Proposal development:

Create and present tailored, high-impact business cases

Brand representation:

Act as a CMT ambassador at corporate meetings, industry events, and networking functions

Client retention and growth:

Maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing value

Build your own portfolio:

Grow a sustainable client base supported by an annuity-based commission structure
Required Experience & Skills

Corporate sales experience:

Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or solution selling

Negotiation & closing expertise:

Proven ability to sell and close at executive level

Resilience & drive:

Comfortable in a high-performance, target-driven environment

Strong communication skills:

Confident, persuasive, and professional at senior levels

Technical proficiency:

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
