Corporate Paralegal – Uk Legal Experience
Job Description
As a paralegal supporting a major UK Retail brand, you'll be part of a small, high performing legal team, responsible for managing contracts and ensuring legal processes run smoothly and efficiently.
You'll lead the fast-track legal process by reviewing contracts, flagging risks, and liaising with stakeholders to keep things moving. Your work will help maintain compliance, support governance, and ensure legal documentation is accurate and timely. From preparing agreements to supporting training materials, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks that require precision, professionalism, and a strong understanding of commercial legal principles.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing the fast-track legal process and coordinating contract approvals
Reviewing contracts and identifying key risks and commercial terms
Populating template agreements and arranging document signatures
Supporting legal training and presentations
Coordinating document legalisation and notarisation when needed
Creating reports on contract compliance and process usage
What We're Looking For:
You've worked in a paralegal role and understand UK legal frameworks You hold a law degree or equivalent qualification You're confident reviewing contracts and spotting key commercial terms You're organised, detail focused, and great at managing multiple tasks You communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders You're proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint Flexible and able to work UK hours
