Job & Company Description:
The firm is one of the foremost independent Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Investments and Debt Advisory teams in South Africa. The individual will be required to conduct initial deal screening and analysis, financial modelling and valuations, due diligence, drafting of term sheets, etc.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Chartered Accountant (non-negotiable)
- CFA / FMVA qualification beneficial
- 5-7 Years experience in any corporate finance, investment banking or private equity space
- Robust financial modelling & valuations acumen
- Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
- Strong academics, background in team sport and leadership experience (non-negotiable - transcripts will be requested)
